Athena: Captain Kelly Rötlich
She’s currently the acting leader of “Sigma Company,” head of “S2”, former trainee in a project to create the perfect army in wake of American and Russian dominance, and associated with more organizations than most people can count. While her specialization is with ‘assault’ and ‘stealth’, she has had experience with pretty much everything at some point in her life and will work with anything. Despite her violent past, and a bitter family history of failed wars, Rötlich is calm, collected, tolerant, and cautious, also caring- sometimes to too much of a point. None of her team have seen her snap… yet. Hell will reign when it does.
Hawkeye: Lieutenant Falko Rötlich
In spite of the fact he is 5 years younger than his sister and never participated in the S.I.G.M.A experiment, his precision is deemed nearly unnatural. Falko is decorated with a myriad of rewards for precision, and is ranked internationally. His total kill count is unknown, and if one were to factor in the kills by the Reconnaissance Platoon he leads for the Company, it’d probably be too hard to count. Calmness under pressure seems to be a Rötlich family trait. It should also be noted that he is not too modest, but interestingly enough is good with sticking to protocol and orders. He’s expected to take over the Company in the event of Kelly’s promotion or, more likely, death.
Black Viking: Private Lukas Carver
The young man saved Kelly’s life and assisted her in a cleaning up of a “criminal platoon” upon the rise in pirate activity in Somalia, back in in 2005 when she was a Lieutenant. At the time, he had been a mercenary for quite a few years. It was after this that the young man returned to Germany, partook in the standard KSK training, and was quickly requested to join Sigma Company shortly after, particularly S2 to finish up training and help him readapt. He’s tough, battle hardened, but always able to shed a smile and support his teammates. Generally, he serves as the combat engineer and support gunner when situations get hairy.
Chateau: Private Hans Schneider
Hans applied for the KSK for one reason: to no longer be mocked. He completed his education to become a nurse quickly and had an unnatural amount of knowledge regarding medical complications, mostly because he’s always had an apetite for knowledge rather than people. To the surprise of everyone, he made it through the civilian program for the KSK. Kelly, fascinated by this news, decided to get him onto S2, and see if he was truly prepared for such a life. He may be the youngest (23 years old), least combat-trained, and most reclusive, but he excels at finding things out, saving people from the field of death, and occasionally showing off his fine taste in winery.
Köder: Attack Dog Köder Rötlich
Köder is a rather old German Shepherd, but he has proven effective. He ripped a home invader to shreds, for example, when Kelly was nearly defenseless and bed-ridden post her first tour. He’s very protective of his family, finding dangerous substances, and seeking out targets, but is seen to show human-like wit at times, not simply charging in. He may not be a person, but the hound is loved by all, and occasionally partakes in the missions (let it be noted, his presence is rare when off-base, though.)

Bad Wolf: Captain Erika Nadine
Nadine was a private under then Sergeant Rötlich’s command in a peace-keeping tour in Bosnia in 1998 and 1999. Most wondered how she survived the S.I.G.M.A experience, but what she perceived as humiliation (her life being saved by Rötlich, officially) finally broke her. The once reclusive Nadine grew up to be a mad dog killer for the highest bidder, which was typically the governments that could afford to pay. As of 2012, she is the Captain of Theta Company. Now confident, cold, and a bit sadistic, there have been concerns that Nadine and Theta, despite being part of the “Union Project,” could pose a threat to it and everyone once considered an ally.

Personality and Notable Skills: She is very good with noting details and, despite her military nature, can be quite good at reading things. Kelly is, out of all the S.I.G.M.A recruits, considered the most diplomatic, patient, and witty, but sometimes a little too serious in light cases. In a majority of situations she stays calm, and she’s not afraid to go into drastic situations for the sake of the many, and this is not just because she knows she can handle it. However, due to her past being drenched in the blood of close combat and the suffering of others, she presents a degree of humanity in those she has to kill, citing those that had to be taken care of as a “necessary evil.”

Personality and Skills: “Cut the crap and get to business” is his motto. He knows when to be serious and when it’s important to put differences aside, emotional or otherwise. Falko ‘s without a doubt precise in more ways than one, whether it’s in his shots or his words- it’s rare for him to ever dance around a topic. He’s also quite aware of his skills, but chooses not to boast them beyond what they really are, or to emphasize for that matter. He also understands the importance of a team and trust, as they are what have contributed highly to his success as the leader of Sigma’s Sniper Platoon. Unlike their Captain, Falko’s qualms about killing are quite minimal, likely attributed to the distance he often puts between himself and his enemies.
